Today, I want to share another one of my DIY natural body care recipes, because it’s that time of year again.
It is fall, and that means it is time to slow down, drink herbal tea and soak up in the bathtub to some relaxing tunes and soft candlelight ♥
Summers for me are always busy, jam-packed with outdoor activities, social gatherings and travel. I really enjoy the fall season, because it gives me an opportunity to reset, rest and take better care of myself which I totally love to do!
The colder weather also offers a great excuse to stay in on your days off and cuddle up on the couch with a cup of hot tea and catch up on some reading.
Even if you don’t have the time or resources to book a massage or a spa treatment, there are many little things you can do at home to boost your energy and rejuvenate. Trust me on this one, I have become an expert in DIY self care and homemade beauty products which I love sharing with you ♥
I find that one of the best ways to relax after a stressful day is to take a long bath. All you need is some candles, your favorite tunes playing in the background, and a scoop or two of these luscious lavender bath salts to melt your tension away.
Honestly, this recipe is totally worth the time and effort you spend to make it. It is quick and easy and most importantly, it is made with pure, natural ingredients that will give your skin a healthy glow. The recipe contains no harsh chemicals or toxic fragrances, but only 5 simple ingredients that will transform your bath soaking into a luxury spa experience!
These homemade bath salts also makes a great holiday gift if you are looking for creative ideas to surprise your loved ones this year ♥
